First Class Reporting: Get the Information You Need
Your data is only a couple clicks away! Select your category, it's options and how you want the results. Most categories have any Date range you desire with grouping and filtering options. Select your output as a screen or download your results as a CSV file.
Many of the report screens including links to quickly view your vehicles and bookings.
The Find on Page input will filter your results instantly by whatever you enter.
Communicating With Your Renters: Chat Threads Introduced
New Chat capabilities are included throughout the platform for new prospects to contact you or to keeping tabs on your Renters. All conversations are stored as a record of your interactions.
Any place you see the chat icon is a place you can communicate with your renters. A red icon means you have new messages. Each new message is available in the INBOX.
All past conversations are available by clicking on Show All Threads:
To respond or start a conversation click on the chat link icon and your conversation opens:
Threads with the green header are from renters that have questions about a new rental. Messages with the blue header are messages regarding existing bookings. You can instantly navigate to your rental by clicking on the booking number. Once there, you can continue the conversation by clicking the chat icon under the renter's picture:
If your renter is currently online and, in the conversation, they receive the message instantly like chatting on your phone. If they are offline and your message is important, click URGENT and your renter will receive a text message with instructions for replying.
Click Full Screen if you want to fill the entire window with the conversation. This is especially useful in mobile environments.
Enhanced Customer Support: Support Tickets
Along with Emailing support@tripcity.com you can create a support ticket right in TripCity.
Just click the New button, enter a subject and description and attach any relevant files or pictures:
You can add additional notes and monitor the progress of your support Tickets by clicking on a ticket.
